As reported by “NBN” with reference to information, published in the official Telegram profile of the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration, Serhiy Lysak, early in the morning of Thursday, November 21, the “second army of the world” again carried out a massive attack on the region.
According to Lysak, so far it is known about the hit and damage to an industrial infrastructure facility in Dnipro. In addition, two fires occurred in the city as a result of another war crime by the “liberators”.
Also, during the night on Thursday, Putin's troops struck Nikopol region: the district center, Pokrovsk and Chervonohrygorsk communities, using artillery and Grad multiple launch rocket systems. Fortunately, people remained unharmed.
According to information published in the Telegram channel of Dnipro Mayor Boris Filatov, the building of the Rehabilitation Center for the Disabled was also damaged by the morning shelling: the boiler room was destroyed and windows were knocked out. The data regarding the victims is being clarified.
