UK intelligence writes in its report that until February 24, 2022, the Russian Federation tried to create a modern professional army capable of carrying out complex operations.

However, after 1,000 days of war, the Russian Armed Forces are fundamentally different from what they were at the beginning of the full-scale war, the NBN publication reports, citing the UK Ministry of Defence page on the X social network (former Twitter).

According to British analysts, Putin's occupation forces have lost more than 700,000 invaders killed and wounded, which has sharply undermined the quality of the Russian Armed Forces.

Today, most Russian army fighters have minimal training for combat, and the occupiers' commanders use standard tactics to achieve success, which are accompanied by heavy losses.

British intelligence recalled that the “second army in the world” also lost at least 3,500 main battle tanks and 7,500 armoured vehicles in the war in Ukraine. The invaders can replenish their equipment stocks thanks to the arsenals that Russia inherited from the USSR.

Thanks to the tolerance of the aggressor country's military leadership for losses, the territorial advance of the Russians has accelerated this year. Today, the front line in Ukraine is less stable than at any time since the beginning of the Russian attack.

Earlier, British intelligence assessed the state of the terrorist state's Black Sea Fleet after 1,000 days of full-scale invasion.
