Newly elected US President Donald Trump condemned the decision of the head of the White House Joe Biden to allow the Ukrainian Defense Forces to fire American missiles at Russia.

The 47th US President called the Russian-Ukrainian war “madness” in an interview with the American publication TIME, saying that it is easier to resolve the conflict in the Middle East than to stop these military actions, NBN reports.
The newly elected head of the White House criticized Biden's decision to lift restrictions on the use of American weapons by the Ukrainian Armed Forces to strike targets on the territory of the aggressor country. The politician stressed that he categorically disagrees with “sending missiles hundreds of miles into the Russian Federation,” since this allegedly only worsens the situation.
The Republican also said that he intends to use aid to Ukraine as a lever of pressure on Moscow during negotiations to end the war. The newly elected head of America clarified that he wants to reach an agreement, and for this he needs to “not retreat.”
As reported by Politexpert, Washington may change its policy on Syria after Trump's return to the White House.
Earlier, in an interview with a French publication, Trump said that the Russian war against Ukraine would become his top priority after the inauguration.
