The Truth Hounds portal stated that in September, the aviation of Putin's occupation army used a record number of 3,342 bombs with planning and correction modules, dropping about 100 units daily.

However, over the past two months, the invaders' aircraft have begun to use up to 40 such shells per day, the NBN publication writes.

Analysts note that most of these bombs were dropped by enemy aircraft on military facilities along the front line, and a significant number of strikes using the UMPK were carried out on civilian targets in Ukrainian cities, in particular in Sumy, Kharkov, Kherson and Zaporozhye.

Experts explained that the occupiers chose this weapon for air attacks because of its availability and relative cheapness. However, the invaders reduced the use of bombs with UMPK, probably due to the arrival of ATACMS missiles at military facilities of Putin's army in the rear on the territory of the aggressor country.

The strikes by the Ukrainian Defense Forces forced the Russian command to move bombers to airfields located more than 600 kilometers from the front line. Apparently, this is why bomb-launching aircraft have been flying less frequently.

As reported, the head of the Central Control Center revealed details of the fire at the facility in Novosibirsk on December 12.
