As reported by NBN, citing the RIA Novosti propaganda agency, the spokesman for Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, Dmitry Peskov, made a statement that the Kremlin believes that negotiations on Ukraine are possible only under certain conditions.

Based on the words of Putin's personal secretary, the terrorist state needs not a temporary ceasefire in Ukraine, but the achievement of a full-fledged peace, which requires the fulfillment of all the conditions [of the Russian dictator].

In particular, the authorities of the aggressor country believe that negotiations on “freezing” the war in Ukraine are quite possible and quite necessary, but this process should be based only within the framework of the so-called “Istanbul agreements”.

Peskov emphasized – Moscow does not yet notice any prerequisites indicating Kyiv's intentions to move on to negotiations with Kiev, since Ukraine, allegedly, is permanently “evading”.

Earlier, our information portal wrote that Rutte said what percentage of funds from GDP Ukraine will spend on the defense sector in 2025.
