Power outages in Ukraine: Ukrenergo updated information for December 18

NEC Ukrenergo reported that no power outages are forecast for residential consumers in all regions of Ukraine on Wednesday, December 18.

In the press service of NEC “Ukrenergo” reported that tomorrow, December 18, in all regions of Ukraine, power outages for household consumers are not planned, the “NBN” publication reports.

At the same time, as noted by the company, for industry and business in all regions from 7 am to 8 pm, power limitation schedules will be in effect.

Ukrainians are urged to consume electricity sparingly from 08:00 to 20:00. If it is necessary to introduce power outage schedules, citizens will be informed additionally. They can find up-to-date information on the website or on the official pages of the regional energy companies on social networks.

We remind you that from December 16, a new system of power outages was introduced in the country, which applies to all regions. Now each queue is divided into two subgroups, and when the load decreases, only one will be disconnected.

Consumers will also have at least 3.5 hours with electricity between outages. In addition, dispatchers will regulate the number of disconnected queues depending on the state of the power system.

As reported, the expert named the conditions under which Ukrainians will have their electricity disconnected for 12 hours.
