As reported by “NBN” with a link According to Reuters sources, US President Donald Trump intends to acquire Greenland for a number of ambiguous and far-fetched reasons.

According to an unspecified source, Trump believes that his true legacy should be in line with his campaign slogan “Make America Great Again”, which means expanding the US territory, the so-called expansion. Judging by everything, the notorious billionaire believes that it is a disadvantage that over the past 70 years the US has not added a single territorial object to its “real estate portfolio”. In particular, the last states to be annexed by the United States were Alaska and Hawaii in 1959, during the presidency of Dwight Eisenhower.

According to another Reuters source, he has reviewed a list of foreign policy priorities compiled by senior Trump cabinet officials, and such a list provides for the expansion of Washington's sphere of influence, for example, by “purchasing Greenland” and, it seems, by deploying a reinforced American military contingent there.

Earlier, we wrote about how the Danish Prime Minister spoke about Trump's territorial claims to Greenland.
