The OBOZ.UA publication, citing sources in the SBU, reported that at night the Security Service of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Navy struck a military facility of the occupiers in the Rostov region.
The SBU and the Navy, using a Neptune missile and drones, near the village of Chaltyr hit a warehouse where the invaders were storing ammunition and reconnaissance drones, NBN reports.
According to the source of the publication, first the Defense and Security Forces of Ukraine launched UAVs at the Rostov region, which overloaded the enemy air defense, opening the way for the missile.
Russians complained all night about explosions near the village, which occurred due to the secondary detonation of shells in the warehouse.
The governor of the Rostov region, Yuriy Slyusar, confirmed the drone attack on two neighboring settlements: Chaltyr and Crimea. In the latter, according to the official, a fire broke out on the territory of an enterprise, which turned out to be a camouflaged military facility.
Recall that on January 8, the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked the command post of the 8th Guards Army of the Russian Federation in Khartsyzsk.
