As reported by “NBN”, citing Ukrinform's material, commented that Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesman Georgy Tykhyi said: “Kyiv did not see anything new in Trump's above-described plans to meet with Putin “at the highest level” immediately after the inauguration (January 20, 2025).

Based on Tykhyi's words, Donald Trump has previously repeatedly announced his intentions to meet with Putin, so Ukraine does not see anything new in this.

The official added: Ukraine's position is very simple – Kiev is striving to end the war as quickly as possible in a fair format, and noted that the newly elected President Trump is equally and decisively determined to achieve peace.

However, the speaker of the domestic foreign policy department emphasized the expectation of the outcome of a similar meeting between Trump and Zelensky, since the main thing for Ukraine is to “work together with America.”

Earlier, our information portal wrote that Zelensky revealed key challenges for Ukraine at “Rammstein.”
