During a briefing on January 10, the spokesman for the Foreign Ministry commented on the postponement of the visit of the 47th US President's special representative for Ukraine and the Russian Federation to Kyiv. Tykhyi noted that he would prefer that the Trump team provide comments on the timing of Kellogg's arrival, writes the NBN publication.
A representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that the US special representative appointed by the newly elected head of the White House postponed his visit to the Ukrainian capital for legal, not political reasons. At the same time, Kyiv is preparing for Kellogg's arrival after Trump's inauguration in order to begin a dialogue with him as soon as possible regarding achieving a just peace in our country.
Note that retired General Keith Kellogg stated that he intends to find a solution to end hostilities in Ukraine during the first 100 days of the presidency of the 47th head of the United States.
