A representative of the operational-tactical group of troops “Seversk” in confirmed on the national telethon that there are units of the Russian Armed Forces on the border with Sumy Oblast that are mining the territory, building fortifications and fortifications, the NBN publication reports.

At the same time, according to him, the Ukrainian Defense Forces have not recorded the creation of a group by the Russians to carry out offensive actions. Therefore, today there is no threat of an offensive by the occupiers on Sumy Oblast.

Mysnik said that the “second army of the world” has problems with logistics, as evidenced by the change in the dynamics of shelling. The invaders strike in waves, for three to four days there is an increase of 2-3 times, after which the number of shellings decreases. It is also worth considering that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are striking deep into the aggressor country.

The speaker of the Seversk OTGV recalled that in the border regions of Ukraine there is a constant threat of the use of sabotage and reconnaissance groups by the Russians, and saboteurs are especially active during bad weather conditions.

As reported, analysts from the Institute for the Study of War announced the advancement of Ukrainian forces in the Kursk region.
