On Tuesday, January 21, Putin's occupation army attacked the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kharkiv with a modified Molniya-2 drone, the mayor reported in a comment to media representatives at the site of the strike.
The official said that the Molniya-2 UAV is a modified drone that carries a charge of greater power than the Molniya-1 drone, the NBN publication writes with reference to the Ukrinform agency.
The mayor specified that the Russians struck with this UAV near dormitories and garages. As a result of the strike, one garage was destroyed, more than 20 windows were knocked out, and the power grid was damaged. Utility workers are eliminating the aftermath of the shelling.
At the same time, the spokesman for the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, Dmitry Chubenko, explained that the Molniya-1 and Molniya-2 drones differ not in their combat parts, but in their tactical and technical characteristics – the presence of a second engine on the drone.
Note that this morning, the “second army of the world” also struck the Dnieper and the region, and the railroad was damaged as a result of the shelling. The head of Ukrzaliznytsia showed a photo of the aftermath of the strike.
