A representative of the “North” OK said on the national telethon that Russian occupation forces have begun shelling two border regions of our country – Sumy and Chernihiv more often, the “NBN” publication reports.

According to the serviceman, the Russian army has stepped up strikes on these regions, in particular with the use of guided and unguided aerial bombs. The colonel explained that the goal of intensifying shelling of Sumy and Chernihiv is to force the defenders to defend the entire border zone of our country.

Recall that last week the Sumy Regional Military Administration announced an increase in evacuation in the region, guided by the recommendation of military personnel. People will be evacuated from communities in the region where there is a threat of Russian sabotage and reconnaissance groups entering.

As reported, the 59th Motorized Rifle Brigade reported on the situation in the Pokrovsky direction.
