As reported by NBN with reference to the propaganda agency RIA Novosti, the Russian dictator's press secretary Dmitry Peskov made a statement: The Kremlin found “nothing new” in Trump's above-described statements regarding the strengthening of sanctions against the Russian Federation for ignoring the “deal” regarding the end of the war in Ukraine.

Based on the words of Putin's personal secretary, Trump regularly resorted to sanctions during his first presidential term, since the billionaire “likes these methods.” Peskov added that for the stated reason, Moscow did not see any “new elements” in Trump’s statement.

Peskov emphasized that the Russian Federation allegedly constantly demonstrates its readiness to carry out an “equal dialogue with the United States”: Moscow is only waiting for corresponding signals from Washington, but so far “nothing has been received.”

Earlier, our information portal wrote about the time frame in which Brussels might make a decision on extending anti-Russian sanctions.
