As NBN reports with reference to DTEK's Telegram profile, the power generating capacities of Ukraine's energy system are able to cope with meeting the reduced needs of the population, and a certain conclusion can be made – a return to regular power outages on Sunday, both in Kiev and in the Kiev region, is not expected.
However, energy specialists continue to recommend that domestic household consumers take a more economical approach to “burning” the resource, especially when it comes to the period from 8:00 until 22:00, since it is during these peak hours that a certain overload of the system is recorded due to the simultaneous switching on of many household appliances.
At the same time, if an emergency/stabilization mode of power outages is suddenly introduced, the entire range of updated information regarding the resumption of power supply always remains open on DTEK websites on the Internet:
- for the capital;
- for the Kyiv region.
Earlier, our portal reported on how the energy department answered whether Ukrainians should expect an upward adjustment in electricity tariffs.
