As reported by NBN with reference to statistics posted on the official online resource of the social pension agency of Ukraine (PFU), the most decent payments for age-related disability are received by elderly Kyiv residents – 8,017.65 hryvnia.
Otherwise, the amount of benefits by region was distributed as follows in descending order:
- On average, the state pays elderly residents of Donetsk Oblast UAH 7,168.22 per month.
- Luhansk Oblast— UAH 6,694.19 per month.
- Dnipropetrovsk Oblast— UAH 6,471.11 per month.
- Kyiv Oblast— UAH 6,095.9 per month.
- Zaporizhzhya Oblast— UAH 6,080.4 per month.
- Kharkiv Oblast— UAH 5 per month.
- Poltava region—5,703.3 UAH each;
- Odessa region—5,628.23 UAH each;
- Nikolaev region—UAH 5,547.98 each;
- Chernihiv region—UAH 5,377.66 each;
- Zhytomyr region—UAH 5,339.43 each;
- Lviv region—UAH 5,303.3 each;
- Sumy region—UAH 5,299.81 each;
- Kirovohrad region—UAH 5,234.81 each;
- Rivne region— 5,159.85 UAH each
- Cherkasy region—5,126.71 UAH each
- Volyn region — UAH 5,090.08 each;
- Vinnytsia region — UAH 5,038.34 each;
- Khmelnytsky region — UAH 4,996.15 each;
