The leader of the LDPR party does not rule out that the Kremlin dictator and the American president will meet soon. Slutsky believes that this could happen this month or next, writes the NBN publication, citing the Interfax propaganda agency.
According to the deputy, the likelihood of contacts between the Russian leader and the head of the White House is “100 percent.” The head of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs noted that this meeting requires serious preparation. According to him, the relevant process is currently “at an advanced stage.”
The official told the media that specific information about the politicians' contact will soon appear, expressing confidence that this will be a “landmark” meeting.
