As reported by “NBN” with a link on the Telegram channel of the Russian propaganda agency RIA Novosti, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov made a traditional statement regarding the readiness of the aggressor country's leadership for these negotiations, but there is a nuance.

Based on Peskov's predictable rhetoric, Kremlin tyrant Vladimir Putin is allegedly permanently open to the implementation of a peaceful negotiation process with Ukraine.

However, Putin's personal secretary added that his terrorist state does not seek to discuss or in any way raise the issue of exchanging its territories, since such actions are simply “impossible.”

Peskov laconically and somewhat rosyly added that units Ukrainian troops will either be “expelled” from Russian territory [judging by everything, we are talking about the “effective” operation of Putin’s army in the Kursk region, which has been going on without results for about six months], or completely “destroyed.”

Earlier, our information portal wrote that the Institute for the Study of War (ISW) confirmed the successes of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Toretsk direction.
