As written by “NBN”, citing Die Welt's material, said that the head of the Ministry of National Unity, Alexei Chernyshev, said that after the end of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, no more than 30 percent of refugees intend to return to Ukraine.

Based on Chernyshev's words, the remaining 70 percent of citizens, judging by everything, will put forward an additional list of conditions for such a return, and the demands will concern not only the full end of hostilities, but also the onset of an absolutely stable peace.

However, the official believes that even “non-returnees” will be very useful to our country, since they will continue to help Ukrainian society, the Ukrainian army and do many useful things.

Chernyshev added that Ukraine is in dire need of citizens who are able to develop and restore the country. At the same time, Kyiv does not seek to stop providing support to those who remain abroad.

Earlier, we wrote that Trump intends to compensate the US for aid to Ukraine regardless of the outcome of the war.
