As reported by NBN, citing information published in the Telegram profile of the Permanent Representative of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the Parliament Taras Melnychuk, today the government adjusted the procedure for booking military personnel at critically important enterprises.
Key changes to the booking order for the above-described category of potential defenders:
- when taking into account mobilized employees, they will take into account the number of persons subject to reservation, including in the list personnel called up for service after May 18 of last year;
- the 72-hour check will be cancelled – government agencies will no longer need to verify data regarding employees when assigning the status of “booked”;
- the period of cancellation of deferrals for employees of enterprises, institutions and organizations will be reduced to 5 days;
- The average salary criterion will be revised – enterprises in the critical sector will now need to use a monthly period for calculating the average official income of employees;
- They will introduce a procedure for electronic interaction of state registers – the Pension Fund of Ukraine and the Ministry of Digital Development must ensure the integration of databases to automatically confirm the compliance of reserved “salary” criteria.
