From morning until evening on Monday, if we believe the forecasts of meteorologists, thermometers will show -2…+4 degrees Celsius, and it seems that only a combined attack by the Russian Federation will be able to destabilize the energy system of Ukraine.

As NBN reports with reference to DTEK's regularly updated Telegram channel, the energy sector's production potential will cover the population's reduced electricity consumption during the warming period, and it appears that there are no plans to switch to hourly power outages, either in Kyiv or in the Kyiv region.
In particular, since the February frosts are a thing of the past and the spring thaw has begun, the capabilities of the energy system will not be subjected to serious tests due to the need for heating homes, but household consumers should “burn” electricity more economically during peak load hours (9:00-11:00/16:00-22:00), so that an emergency power outage mode is not introduced, as was recorded before the weekend.
Also, Ukrenergo warned that the situation in the energy sector may undergo unexpected changes, so it is better to track current information on the page of the local electricity distribution system operator (oblenergo). For example, regarding the suspension or, conversely, the resumption of electricity supply to household consumers, you can find out both in the Kyiv Digital application and by visiting the official online pages of DTEK:
- for Kyiv;
- for Kiev region.
