Syrsky confirmed on his Facebook page that Putin's army had used ballistics to attack one of the military units on the territory of the Ground Forces training ground in Dnipropetrovsk region. The invaders used an Iskander-M missile with cluster munitions for the shelling.
The general said that as a result of the enemy attack there were dead and wounded, without naming the number of victims, writes the publication NBN.
At the site of the shelling, as the Commander-in-Chief stated, a complex commission headed by the Chief of the Main Directorate of the Military Law Enforcement Service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is working. It will establish all the circumstances and causes of the tragedy.
In addition, the head of the unit training center and the commander of the military unit were suspended from their duties for the duration of the investigation.
Recall that the day before, the media began reporting on the shelling of the Novomoskovsky training ground during the formation of fighters of the 157th separate mechanized brigade. The defense department of the aggressor country stated that the occupiers used the Iskander-M OTRK for the attack.
