The American leader, during his speech in the hall of the US Congress, touched upon the topic of ending the Russian-Ukrainian war. He reported that he had received an “important letter” from his Ukrainian counterpart about Kyiv's readiness to sit down at the negotiating table to achieve peace.
The politician stressed that he appreciates that Zelensky wrote this “letter,” the NBN publication reports.
