As NBN reports with reference to the MacRumors material, to achieve the above-described result, Apple will apparently abandon the lower speaker, the ultra-wide-angle camera and the SIM card slot.
As it became known, the new “apple device” will receive only one speaker, built into the upper part of the case, which is confirmed by 3D renders of the device – at the bottom of the cover there are holes only for microphones.
In addition, the iPhone 17 Air will have one 48-megapixel Fusion main camera with 2x optical zoom, which will free up space for installing a larger battery, thereby increasing the autonomy of the gadget.
Also, since Apple smartphones, mainly sold in the US, lack physical SIM slots, the company intends to extend this approach to the international market, leaving the iPhone 17 Air with only a digital eSIM.
