As NBN reports with reference to the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), the “second army of the world” attempted to carry out offensive actions in different regions, but the Ukrainian Armed Forces were able to effectively counterattack and, as a priority, continue to control key defensive positions.
In particular, over the last 24 hours, the “liberators” have moved somewhat near Vasyukovka near Seversk (Bakhmut district of Donetsk region), and also stormed Belogorovka, Grigoryevka and Verkhnekamenskoye.
In the Toretsk direction (Bakhmut district of Donetsk region), the invaders achieved some “successes” in the vicinity of Ozaryanovka, and, apparently, advanced in the adjacent forest area. At the same time, ISW did not confirm the achievements of the occupiers near the “Central” mine in Toretsk. Also, the enemy carried out a series of ground assaults near Dachny, Krymskoye, Druzhba and Sukha Balka, ignoring the heavy losses against the background of counterattacks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Also, the Russian occupation forces were able to advance near Zvezdny and Udachny near Pokrovsk (Donetsk region), attacking near Vodyanoye Vtoroy, Yelizavetovka, Sviridonovka, Promin, Lysovka, Shevchenko, Peschany, Zverino, Kotlino, Aleksandropol, Tarasovka, Kotlyarovka, Novoalexandropol, Novosergievka, Troitskoye and Uspenovka.
ISW analysts added that the invaders intensified their attacks in the Liman direction (Donetsk region) near Novolyubovka: the enemy conducted reconnaissance here, but were unable to gain a foothold, transferring their main forces to Yampolovka and Torskoye.
Earlier we wrote that the occupiers changed their attack tactics in the northern part of Sumy region.
