As reported by NBN with reference to the material from RBC-Ukraine, sociologist and founder of Gradus Research Evgenia Bliznyuk explained that, according to a new survey, the level of trust in the US administration among Ukrainians has significantly decreased against the backdrop of the scandalous meeting between Presidents Volodymyr Zelensky and Donald Trump in the Oval Office (White House).

In particular, after the start of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine, the majority of our population was loyal to the United States, since this state was practically a key partner in the war against the terrorist country: the Americans provided military assistance, introduced anti-Russian sanctions and financed Kyiv, which, of course, turned out to be important influencing factors.

However, according to the results of a recent sociological study conducted after the meeting between Zelensky and Trump in the White House, a sharp decline in the level of trust in Washington became noticeable: 70 percent of Ukrainians admitted that they had revised their attitude towards the United States for the worse.

Earlier, we wrote that the KIIS poll showed how the level of trust in Zelensky changed after the deterioration of relations with the United States.
