Self-proclaimed President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has once again ordered a check of the combat readiness of his armed forces, including those stationed near the border with Ukraine.

As reported by NBN, citing an explanation voiced by the representative of the State Border Service of Ukraine (GBSU) Andriy Demchenko on the air of the telethon on the YouTube channel TSN, the situation on the borders with Belarus has not undergone significant changes recently and does not pose a serious threat to our country.
Based on Demchenko’s words, the Belarusian direction is still threatening, but on the other side of the border, there is currently no concentration of any strike group that poses a danger to Ukraine, in particular, a potential invasion.
The spokesman for the State Border Service of Ukraine added that “some exercises” are periodically held on the territory of neighboring Belarus, which indirectly affect the Ukrainian direction, “but not in the immediate vicinity.” That is, in fact, Belarus is only playing along with the Kremlin, trying to show how it is escalating the situation.
At the same time, domestic intelligence is constantly monitoring changes in the situation, and defenders are intensively strengthening the border near Belarus.
