The deputy head of the OPU stated on the national telethon that if the Russians violate the agreements on a ceasefire at sea, there should be a reaction from the United States, the NBN publication reports.

According to him, in America they say that a country or states are needed that will monitor the situation and record it. In particular, the American authorities mentioned Saudi Arabia in this context.

A representative of Zelensky's Office explained that the United States is the facilitator of the implementation of the ceasefire agreements. If other observer states record violations by the Russian Federation, they must pass this data to America, and Washington must respond to the actions of the occupiers.

Let us recall that the US held talks with representatives of Moscow and Kyiv in Riyadh, after which they announced that they had reached agreements with the Russian Federation and Ukraine on the issue of ensuring the safety of navigation in the Black Sea.

Earlier, Yermak's adviser explained why the Russian leadership wants to involve the UN in ceasefire negotiations.
