Ukrzaliznytsia answered when they plan to resume online services

The functioning of the national railway company's IT system has still not been restored after a recent large-scale cyber attack.

As reported by NBN with reference to the official Telegram profile of Ukrzaliznytsia, the transport company soon expects to reach the “finishing stretch” in the process of eliminating the consequences of the cyberattack, that is, they intend to restore access to online resources “in the near future.”

At the moment, all railway personnel are working under enhanced security, and tickets for today, March 26, and tomorrow, March 27, are still available at the station ticket offices.

In addition, owners of paper tickets purchased after March 22 will receive a “compliment” from Ukrzaliznytsia on board trains, including free use of VIP waiting rooms at Ukrainian train stations.

Ukrzaliznytsia added:
