The British publication The Telegraph writes that the Russian Armed Forces have stepped up drone attacks on Ukraine since the start of negotiations under the leadership of the Trump administration at the end of winter – the number of attacks has increased by more than 50%, NBN reports.

According to journalists, in the 30 days since February 18, when peace talks began, the occupiers have carried out about 4,776 drone strikes, compared to 3,148 strikes in the 30 days before that. The Kremlin believes that by intensive attacks on Ukraine it will force Kyiv to make concessions.

The article says that drone strikes have become more widespread and effective in recent weeks, with the invaders launching strikes in groups of “Shaheds.” Drone attacks on Ukraine indicate that the Russians have no intention of ending the fighting.

As reported, Russian troops have begun using homemade ammunition for drones containing chemical substances at the front.
