In an interview with the winner of the Miss Ukraine Universe 2023 contest, Angelina Usanova the nutritionist noted that drinking coffee before meals is a personal choice for everyone; it cannot be said that it is useful or not, informs NBN.

According to the doctor, in this matter everything is individual, so everyone should focus on your well-being after drinking coffee on an empty stomach.

Ukrainian explained that with unpleasant sensations associated with the gastrointestinal tract, for example, bloating, heartburn, or diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, this drink can irritate the walls of the stomach. In this case, it is better to drink coffee after eating.

The expert noted that if drinking the drink on an empty stomach does not cause unpleasant symptoms, coffee without milk, cream and sugar can stimulate gastric motility and bile production. This will be useful for people who suffer from constipation.
