Dissolve sugar in warm milk, add yeast and let it activate. Add eggs, melted warm butter, stir and knead the dough. Let it rise, mix and form small balls.

Separately, melt the butter – just a little, so that it is slightly warm. Mix sugar with spices and add sunflower seeds.

Dip the balls in oil and immediately throw them into the mixture of spices and sugar and put them in a mold. Sprinkle the dough with nuts and pigeon. They can be replaced with what you have.

Let the dough rise 2.5-3 times and bake for 40 minutes at 175°. Check the readiness of the dough with a wooden skewer.

Remove the finished bread from the oven and let it stand for a while. Then leaf through and pour the caramel well.
