Ingredients:
- 20 g of oat bran;
- 20 g sour cream;
- salt;
- oil for frying.
< li>2 eggs;
For the filling:
- cheese;
- fish;
- avocado;
- greens;
- lettuce.< /li>
Mix the egg, sour cream, bran and salt with a whisk. Pour the dough into a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil, cover with a lid and fry for a few minutes.
Add cottage cheese, cover again and fry for another 1-2 minutes. Then transfer the oatmeal to a plate, lay out the filling and fold in half. Bon appetit!
