In India, China and Pakistan, the drink is called whipped coffee or MacauCoffee, but the Korean name itself has spread throughout the world. Dalgona coffee is served in a transparent glass or cup so that the milk and coffee layers are visible. It looks very impressive, but it is better to stir the drink before tasting. Milk can be either cow's or plant-based. Coffee can be replaced with instant chocolate or matcha, add spices and decorate as desired.
