The third part of the adventures of the beloved bear cub is called “Paddington in Peru” and will be a logical continuation of the first two film adaptations of the novel series by the writer Michael, says WomanEL.
The first films in the series, released in 2014 and 2017, were collected in worldwide box office of more than half a billion dollars and the mad love of the audience. The new film is directed by Dougal Wilson, and Paul King, the creator of the previous parts, will become a consultant.
In the continuation of the story, Paddington, along with the Brown family, will travel to Peru to visit his Aunt Lucy. However, their journey will not be ordinary. Mysterious events will force the heroes to go through the dangerous Amazon jungle and conquer the peaks of the Peruvian mountains.
Hugh Bonneville, Julie Walters, Madeleine Harris, Samuel Johnson and Jim Broadbent will return to their roles. The stars of the previous parts will be joined by Olivia Colman and the legendary Antonio Banderas.
The bear's adventures will first be seen in the UK on November 8, 2024. And only then, in the winter of 2025, the film will hit the screens of cinemas around the world.
