I know that simple Ukrainian recipes resonate with you as much as they do with me. That’s why we’re making this sweet pancake cake with apples and cinnamon again. The recipe is as easy as possible, just 20 minutes and a delicious, cool breakfast is ready. If you have never made pancake dough with beer before, then don’t worry, only bubbles will remain from it, which will make the pancakes loose and tender, Evgeniy shared.

Ingredients
For the dough:
- 250 g flour;
- 30 g yeast;
- 2 tbsp. l. sugar;
- 3 eggs;
- 1 glass of beer;
- a pinch of salt.
For the filling:
- 800 g apples;
- 1 tbsp. l. sugar;
- 1 tsp. cinnamon;
- butter (for baking);
- 50 ml honey;
- 30 g berries;
- 100 g sour cream.< /li>
Prepare the dough for pancakes using beer. Prepare the filling – peel the apples, grate them, mix with sugar and cinnamon.
Place the pancakes baked in a hot frying pan into a buttered baking dish, topping them with the apple filling. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C.
