This year, the spring session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), which will take place on April 16 and 17 in Strasbourg, will be opened by the works of the Ukrainian artist Maria Primachenko, writes WomanEL.
The exhibition organizers want to show visitors the original style of folk art female artists. And also to draw the attention of European deputies to how the war destroys Ukrainian cultural heritage.
The exhibition will feature 20 paintings that are the property of the direct heirs of Maria Prymachenko, the Prymachenko Family Foundation. The works are imbued with the beauty of nature, the powers of feelings and the eternal victory of good.
All her works life-affirming. The color and symbols reflect the victory of good over evil, which means the victory of life. Maria Primachenko does not shy away from complex social issues and gives advice on how to solve them: be good, but also use claws, teeth and paws if someone encroaches on the most valuable,
said the director of the foundation, Anastasia Primachenko.
The artist’s descendants are confident that her work is unique, because it is understandable to everyone who knows how to look not only with their eyes, but also with their heart. Earlier, an exhibition of works by Ukrainian artist Maria Primachenko was held in London for the first time.
