The healthy food industry is thriving and brings huge profits to manufacturers. On the one hand, it’s good that we have a wider choice. If you care about your health, want to lose weight or just feel good, WomanEL suggests eating the following foods as often as possible:
What foods are needed for a healthy diet: bone broth
Sorley says broths are a must-have in your diet. “Everyone should have this in their kitchen,” she urges. “Adding broth to food or using it as a substitute for water in recipes is the easiest and most underrated way to add more nutrients to food and make it taste much better.”
Sorley recommends purchasing the “clean” version. » ingredients, I especially recommend the option from Bonafide Provisions.
Underrated food: red bell peppers
Next on the list of underrated health foods is red bell pepper. Although you already know that vegetables are a great addition to your diet, you may not realize some of the additional benefits of these particular peppers.
“They have three times more vitamin C than oranges. Why do we drink orange juice when we are sick? We need to make a big batch of red bell pepper soup!”
What foods are needed for a healthy diet: raspberries
Sorley says raspberries, the first fruit to make the list, don't get enough recognition. “A lot of people don't realize that raspberries actually contain a decent amount of fiber, which we need,” she says. “The recommended daily dose is 30 to 40 grams. But most modern people only get about 15.”
Underrated product: sleep tea
Last on Sorley's list is Sleepytime tea, which, in her opinion, is not popular, but for good reason. “These herbs listed in the ingredients will not only help you fall asleep, but also help you stay asleep,” she says of Celestial Seasonings Caffeine-Free Herbal Tea.
