Ivanna Onufriychuk about post-natal depression

38-year-old Ukrainian TV presenter Ivanna Onufriychuk, who recently became a first-time mother, shared her thoughts on Instagram about post-acute depression, reports WomanEL. It’s clear to say that motherhood is not only a joy, but a cry that requires significant support from loved ones.

Ivanna knows that after becoming a mother, she better understood the causes of post-natal depression. In these words, this attitude often stems from a lack of physical and moral encouragement, a lack of respect and understanding on the side of subtlety. The leader speaks about the fact that women are often afraid to ask for help, to be embarrassed, and thus end up in a worse situation.

Onufriychuk reveals how she lost her little son for two years, when her husband went to Disorder. There were a lot of important tests, even hormones were exposed, and she could cry at night because of her fears for her little son.

It’s normal to notice jumps in emotions! It’s important to rant to yourself, and not to lose any sense of power. Talk to loved ones and share your experiences. They will understand you better and will be able to support you,

said Ivanna.

The newly minted mother also knows that words of appreciation and praise from a person about what a miracle mother she is, give her a surge of energy and joy. It is important to share your feelings and thoughts, as it also helps you to find inner harmony and has a positive impact on your child.

In addition, there is a need for help – which may not be the same for those close to you. Ask strangers to help you with a vase, either to give up your seat at the huge transport or to pass here behind the wheel. And, of course, since you feel that you are in a bad way and you yourself cannot cope with your emotions and thoughts, then contact a psychotherapist or another type of specialist.

Guess not, recently Ivanna Onufriychuk created a beach photo shoot with 2- monthly syn.
