Kanapka z kavuna: how Zirkova’s makeup artist adapted the TikTok trend

TikTok always keeps its finger on the pulse of trends. How many times has a new one flown in – Watermelon Sandvich or kanapka z kavuna. Vin quickly collects wrappers. Zirkova make-up artist Natalia Strilchuk, known for her beautiful and healthy skin, adapted the delicious trend for Vogue, reports WomanEL.

I was initially skeptical about this culinary masterpiece. I want to know what is delicious and easy to eat. I love to eat kavun with feta and mint, and I pass it until the end, but I wanted to know something new and tasty, so this version was born: kavun with pistachio pesto, beaten pistachios and stracciatella, – shared the star. >

Natalia appreciates that choosing the right kavun for this game is half the success. It will be richer if you take kavun without tassels.

Ingredients:

kavun (bazhano without brushes, you can take the yellow one);

stracciatella;

2 tbsp. l. pistachio;

3 tbsp. l. olive oil;

30 g parmesan;

sauce and lemon juice for relish.

Cut the kavun into square slices. Next, we clean the pistachios and divide the skin into a pot. Half is detailed, the rest goes to pesto. For this, add pistachios, olive oil, Parmesan, salt and lemon juice in a blender. During the eggplant, you can add three basil or spinach.

Spread half of the sandwich with pistachio paste and sprinkle with pistachios for texture. Place the stracciatella and cover it with the other half of the kavun. We sip with pistachios, garnish with crushed salt.
