As you have already prepared all the possible herbs from these seasonal vegetables, catch another one and a delicious snack recipe. Such nuggets come out soft in the middle, but crunchy in the middle, – says Ector.
Ingredients:
1 zucchini;
200 g boroschna;
1 tsp dried oregano;
1 tsp salt;
300 ml water;
50 g breadcrumbs;
Oil for lubrication.
Cut the zucchini into rings and cut into the middle. Mix well with the seasonings and water and mix until smooth.
Place the zucchini in batter, and then in breadcrumbs and brush with a large amount of hot olive oil. Serve the nuggets with sour cream, or any other favorite sauce.
