Who initiated the project “Pirig of Independence”
The initiators of the project were Olena Braichenko, a pioneer of gastronomic culture, and Larisa Latipova, the founder of the “Divchata” gastroclub. They were also joined by Yevgen Klopotenko, chef and popularizer of new Ukrainian cuisine, and Natalya Yemchenko, director of SCM communications.
