If the cake doesn’t release, it’s time to prepare the okroshka by Hector Jimenez-Bravo

Summer is already over, but many more sunny days await us. So don’t waste your time trying to find something tasty and refreshing. If the speck doesn’t let go, WomanEL recommends preparing head summer herb – okroshka according to the recipe of chef Hector Jimenez-Bravo.

The summer has turned again, so I urge you not to waste your time and prepare a delicious little bite, – denoting Ector.

Ingredients:

200 grams of smoked chicken fillet;

1 leg;

100 grams of radish;< /p>

200 boiled potatoes;

2 boiled eggs;

parsley;

green tsibula;< /p>

2 tbsp. l. white horseradish;

salt;

pepper;

lemon;

500 g ayran;

350 g sparkling mineral water.

Split the egg into a white and egg white. Grind the zhovtok with horseradish, sill, pepper and lemon juice. Cut the boiled potatoes and egg whites into cubes. Cut the radish, cucumber and fillet into strips. Chop the greens.

Mix everything at once, add ayran and mineral water. If necessary, add salt, lemon juice and horseradish. You can serve it with sour cream.
