Unconventional gastronomic experiments are increasingly affecting the world, and this is a new product that has forced Ukrainians to say about themselves – chocolate with the relish of borscht. WomanEL learned how this extraordinary relish was born.
Thailand has long become one of the leading exporters of cocoa beans, and local confectioners continue to create their creations and provide the milk for companies from all over the world. One of such creative makers is Ukrainian Ruslan Shcherban, who started a successful company in Thailand with the production of chocolate “Samui Chocolate”. In 2023, Ruslan presented an unsatisfactory new product, as Mittevo sang for a measure – chocolate with the relish of borscht.
This chocolate is not just a great idea, but a true creation of mysticism. The wine is 100% vegan and made from 75% cocoa beans, which are hand-dipped on Samui Island to achieve the perfect texture and aroma. It is important that the product does not contain artificial ingredients or additives, but the distinct taste of the creations from the combination of carefully selected natural ingredients.
“Samui Chocolate” also contains the “Inspired by Ukraine” series, which includes other non- ayin savory. Among them are chocolate made from mint and thyme, prunes and peas, as well as from porridge and soy. Kozhen Smak in its own way conveys elements of Ukrainian culture, combining traditional ingredients with modern chocolate production technologies.
