You will successfully take on the role of an entrepreneur and CEO of a large network of beauty salons and, obviously, you will have to live a special life. What tools do you use to achieve this balance? What kind of help would you give to women who often struggle with winning through a great desire for work?
– First of all, I want to say that there is no balance. Balance is a myth. A person's skin means for itself what is its balance. I happen to plan my life the same way as I plan my work. I have a clearly scheduled time for

For example, an hour with the children or playdates with a friend, our sleepover trips, trips to the cinema or restaurants – everything is planned. This is exactly how you plan to spend an hour with friends. Therefore, such management and organization must be careful to control and not concentrate too much on work.

Professional success often comes to fruition when you waste your time on a further path or path. It is therefore important to focus on your own direction and on how much has already been earned.
For rich wives, the idea of starting a wealthy business seems like a dream. What kind of first croquettes would you please your wives to work for, why would you want to follow this path?
– The first thing you need to earn is to clearly define what you really want. Write a plan, set a specific goal for yourself. Dreaming is more abstract, but meta is a more meaningful result. Therefore, it is important to translate the dream into a goal, describe the terms, definitions and specific steps that need to be worked out for achievement. I pragmatically pursue my goals. I respect that powerful business is an absolutely real goal, which is what you achieve.
As a leader, V, perhaps, faced some hectic shouts. What values do you consider most important for successful business?
– It is important for me to be myself and understand why I care. It is often said that businesses are created to earn pennies, but, in my opinion, this is a myth. Pennies are more of an indicator of how successful you are, like the scoreboard in football. The most important thing for me is to understand the mission of my business. How many days am I approaching my mark? This food is guilty in the first place. Every skin caretaker is a creator. Wine creates something new and unique. It is important to remember why you created your business and what is ruining you in this process.
In your opinion, what role does development and learning play in your life?
– Navigation occupies a great place in my life. I give at least 3-4 courses of drugs. We live in an unprecedented hour, if access to knowledge is so great, that it is a sin not to discredit this ability. People love me because they have unique skills, and I like them. The world is ahead, the world is new horizons. My endeavor is not limited to either the beauty industry or business. I learn new words in the spheres of culture, politics, economics and food and service systems. The beginning helps not only to maintain professional enthusiasm, but also to expand one’s horizons and discover new horizons. In addition, I am steadily working on this so that I can use those things that were not learned in my youth. For me, learning is a way to stay afloat in the current world, but to move forward. While it is possible to remain on our toes again, it is no less important to be on equal footing with young, energetic people, who often turn out to be the smartest and most creative for us. To maintain this passion, you need to constantly exercise your brain and be open to new knowledge.
How do you motivate your team and help them reach new heights, with which the future will you tighten up the internal structure of the company?< /strong>
– Motivating the team and deriving from the internal structure of the company is one of the main tasks of the manager. After reading the book “Who? Hire the best people,” I realized that the key to success is to know “your” people – those who not only have the necessary professional skills, but also share the company’s values. If there are people working in a team who believe in the same mission, they do not need to be further motivated. It is their nature to strive to achieve specific goals, as well as their particular values and the values of the company. Such people themselves will do business with you on the same day and become your same-minded people. I will always say that we will soon become our “cathedral” – something great and significant. Our skin plays a unique role in this process, and the skin has a hidden result. When people realize that their work is part of something bigger, it gives them extra energy and a passion for results.
