At home, Ukrainian fitness trainer Anita Lutsenko shared on her Instagram her wonderful joys about how to lose her nerves during pregnancy and exercise, write WomanEL. The main thing Anita recommends is to feel sorry for yourself.

In the words of the trainer, self-pity – It's a shame. We accept self-pity – How great is the good, but self-pity – ruinous, so see yourself as suffering.

Seeing the difficulties, we take a “position of suffering” and hope that we will be pitied, support, help and believe. And other people expect the same thing from us. We are all sitting, suffering, worrying and not timid, because suffering is not a passive and inactive emotion, which means that success in life is not possible, – Anita confirmed.

The fitness trainer also recommends finding solutions, taking action and accepting the situation with all the input.

So, the situation is like this – and there is a search for a way out, not suffering. And there I won’t be able to see anything, because if I’m poor and unhappy, I can’t earn anything, I need to feel sorry for myself: sit down, don’t go to training, sleep, ride, – Lutsenko said.
