The publishing house “One More Side” is preparing to release the classic work of the Brontë sisters. The first book in this collection will be the novel “Villette” by Charlotte Brontë, which is planned to appear in the near future, according to WomanEL
“Villette” will first be translated into Ukrainian. The translation is written by Ukrainian writer Tamara Duda, better known as Tamara Gorikha Zernya.
This novel, written in 1853, is considered one of the most powerful works of Charlotte Brontë, who masterfully explores those self-identities and inner strengths.
The last novel by Charlotte Brontë, the eldest of three sisters, is out now. “Villette” is respected as the most thorough and most brilliant work, which overshadows the name “Jane Eyre,” says the author.
The collection includes other classic works of the Brontë sisters , which have become an important part of the English literary decline. The publication of “Vilyette” will become an important topic for Ukrainian readers, as they have the opportunity to become familiar with new translations and literary designs of these famous novels. It looks like the book will be released in the first quarter of 2025.
