Artem Pivovarov presents a new project “VIRSHINSHI” and a collaboration with ONUKA called “Today”, which promises to captivate the ears of the world of poetic experimental music, write WomanEL.
About The “VIRSHINSHI” project aims to popularize Ukrainian poetry, incorporating various musical styles in the post pop genre. The basis of the song was the work of the famous Ukrainian poet Mykhailo Semenok, who brought fresh ideas to the literature of his time.
The visualization of “Syogodnya” is not separated by a typical music video – this is a short film This is a film with a spluttering plot that tempts the viewer to transform the magic . Brewers and ONUKA stand in five unimportant images, masterfully creating diverse characters in a secret hotel, where wondrous spirits flare up.
The plot focuses on the main character, who is an unknown investigator. This journey is filled with mysterious chatter and inner jokes that lead to the knowledge that the right person is going to investigate it yourself.
Experiments are now a priority in my creativity, but this is an unknown element of my vision. “Today” is clear proof of this. This robot will calm down the appreciation of my early creativity and will become a challenge for most. I like the poetry of Mikhail Semenok, who was a rebel against the world of literature, and who took his very top as a basis. Already ONUKA, for her openness and courage to take part in this experiment, complemented this work with her creative individuality. In the visualization of “Today” we find ourselves in front of viewers in even unimportant roles. We created our own mini-film, rich in vivid images, which immerses us in a rich history, is shocking and sometimes shocking. During the course of listening and watching, these works can be influenced by different things, but they are immediately influenced by emotions, and this is the main element of mysticism,
means Brewers.
Most people know that I am not a people of blows. Whenever the hour changes, we change. The music and narration change. Perhaps the moment has come when I have become open to new possibilities that the expanse offers and that I find inspiration in. Why didn’t I volunteer to be fit for this project? Because I need to rethink Ukrainian literature, I followed Artem’s project. When you introduced me to this very thing, I immediately started tsking, even though I had liked it for a long time. This is completely different from everything I knew about Ukrainian poetry. Vin is definitely special. And when Artem sent me the demo, I realized that this click was for both me and him. This, in my opinion, is an experiment for both artists, a nice exit from the comfort zone. And once I learned about the concept of the video, I realized that it was truly an experiment, from which I wanted to take part. This is a perfect escape,
adds ONUKA.
The release of “Today” marks an important milestone in Ukrainian musical culture, including literature, poetry and innovation ideas.
Recently, the Bulvar LU group released an emotional track about home and troubles.
