In many Western countries, the age of 50, 60 and even 70 is perceived not as a time of fading, but as a new stage of a woman's flowering. This is a period when you get rid of unnecessary things, focus on the main thing and begin to discover your talents. Women at this age remain active, slim and socially involved.

They demonstrate beauty, confidence and inner strength, turning their experience into a powerful resource. Anita believes that this attitude towards age should be instilled in our society.

In Ukraine, it is often believed that after 50, a woman should focus only on family responsibilities, and her role is limited to the stereotypical image of a “grandmother”. This is even noticeable in the language: for many, the word “woman” sounds less attractive than “girl”.

I perceive the word woman as something grand. It is maturity, experience, fulfillment. Just as we want to see a man next to us, not a boy, so a woman is a symbol of strength and wisdom, – the trainer shared.

According to Anita, it is time to reconsider your ideas about age and love yourself at every stage of life. After all, each of them brings its own advantages, confidence and resources.
