The holidays are almost here, and I really want to get away from traditional salads with mayonnaise. I offer three easy and interesting dressing options with aromatic oils “Oleyna” with herbs that will make your dishes even tastier and more festive, – Olga noted.
Lemon-honey dressing
Perfect for light vegetable salads or chicken dishes. It combines the sourness of lemon, the sweetness of honey and the herbal aroma of oil.
Ingredients:
• 120 ml of Oleina aromatic oil (basil, oregano, rosemary);
• 3 tbsp. honey;
• 1/2 lemon (juice);
• 50 ml of white wine vinegar;
• 1/4 tsp. salt;
• 1/4 tsp. pepper;
• 1 tsp. mustard seeds.
Balsamic dressing
This dressing is ideal for salads with tomatoes or dishes with grilled vegetables. Its deep taste and aroma of balsamic vinegar and soy sauce are complemented by notes of garlic and Italian herbs.
Ingredients:
• 80 ml of Oleina aromatic oil (garlic, basil);
• 60 ml of balsamic vinegar;
• 50 ml of soy sauce;
• 1 teaspoon of Italian dried herbs;
• 2 tablespoons of honey;
• salt to taste.

• 50 ml of aromatic oil “Oleyna” (chili pepper, basil, tomatoes);
• 1 ripe avocado;
• juice of 1/2 lime;
• juice of 1/2 orange;
• 1 tbsp honey;
• salt and pepper to taste;
• 10 g of fresh parsley .
Preparing these dressings is very easy, and it is convenient to store them in glass jars in the refrigerator, so you can prepare them in advance and enjoy aromatic dishes during the holidays.
